A brief profile

Dr. Swapnil Mackasare is currently working as a Professor at International School of Business and Media (ISB&M), Bangalore, Karnataka. He holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior. He has more than 19 years of experience in teaching, training, consultancy and research. He has been teaching subjects like Organizational Behavior, Leadership, HR, Talent Management, Organizational development and Change. He has also supervised and successfully guided PG level students for their Master’s dissertation. He is also guiding many PhD research scholars in General management and Human Resource Management. He has published papers in journals like Journal of Management Research, Fed Uni Journal of Higher Education, International Journal of Electronic Customer Relationship Management, International Journal of Management in Education, Listed/ indexed in (Scopus) Elsevier, ACPHIS (Australia), Australian Business Deans Council (ABDC), Web of Science (WoS), ESCI.
