A brief profile

Currently, he is a Professor and Dean of “The Center of Executive Education for Leadership” at the International School of Business & Media, Bangalore. Prior to this, he was a Professor and Dean of Executive Education (EP) at Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (XIME) in Bangalore. He retired as Executive Vice President and Head of the Management Development Center (MDC) of an Indian family Conglomerate. Under his leadership in the last 2 years, his function got all three of Europe’s most coveted awards in the L&D space from "The European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD)”.  These were Excellence in Practice Gold.

His consulting expertise lies in Organizational Transformation, Business Consulting, Executive Coaching, Leadership Development and Human Performance Improvement (HPI), especially in the fields of attitudinal transformation, change management, sales maximization, team building, management development programs, time management, stress management, values enhancement, cost optimization and behavioural safety.
