Dr. Raghunandan is currently the Professor of Practice at the International School of Business & Media, Bangalore. Dr. Raghunandan comes with more than 26 yrs of experience spanning across Industry and Academia. Raghunandan held the role of head of Sales/ Director for a European Multinational in India. Prior to this, he was with the likes of MindTree Consulting, Wipro, Logica CMG and Trianz Consulting. He is also an Entrepreneur with initiatives across Education, Healthcare and Human Resource Management. He was with NEN (National Entrepreneurship Network), and he works closely with leading Government Institutions like MSME and EDII as Trainer, Mentor and Consultant with focus on encouraging and enabling start-ups. He is a member of the Advisory Board and works as Strategy and Marketing consultant for few niche businesses and he is also associated with Karnataka State Start-up Cell.

A passionate teacher, A PhD from Madras University, an alumnus of BIM, Trichy, an associate member of Institution of Engineers (India) and an alumnus of Loyola College, Chennai. He has 25 years of experience in Industry, Finance, Academics and Research. Dr Srikanth Parthasarathy is working as Professor of Finance & Accounting, ISB&M, Bengaluru since May 2022. He was working earlier as PGDM Program Head, Associate Professor in RSB, Chennai in the area of Finance. He is incharge of the structure, content pedagogy of both the flagship PGDM program and MBA (I) (in association with Swinburne University) since 2017.

Jerin Jacob Mathew is Assistant Professor at ISB&M Bangalore. He brings with him experience in teaching English Literature and Communication. He is committed to using experience-based strategies to equip learners with effective communication skills. Dr. Ranendra Sinha is an Assistant Professor at ISB&M Bangalore. He earned his Ph.D. and M.Phil. in Management from the GITAM School of Business, Visakhapatnam. His areas of expertise lie in sustainable consumption, waste recycling behavior, and youth consumer behavior. Prior to joining ISB&M, he taught at Ganpat University, Gujarat. He holds an MBA in Marketing from NIT Agartala and currently serves on the editorial board of the Electronic Green Journal (EGJ), a leading Diamond Open Access journal in environmental studies published by the UCLA Library.
